  1. Subscription Refunds

    We offer refunds under the following conditions:

    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
    • Refunds are only available for first-time subscriptions. Renewals or recurring fees are non-refundable.
  2. No Refund for Pro-Rated or Partial Periods

    We do not offer refunds for partial use of subscription periods or pro-rated refunds for downgrades or cancellations made during an active billing cycle.

  3. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, you will not be charged for the following billing period.
